Muay Thai

Muay Boran

Learn the ancient combat system that gave birth to modern Muay Thai. Once practiced on the battlefield, this is the purest form of traditional Muay Thai.
  • As one of the few certified Muay Boran instructors in Canada, Lee teaches with direct lineage through the Kru Muay Thai Association and World Muay Boran Organization, Thailand.
  •  Training preserves authentic techniques while adapting them for modern application.

Weight Training

  • With certification through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and over three decades of hands-on experience, Lee helps clients of all ages and fitness levels build muscle, improve body composition, and safely progress with structured weight training. 
  • Programs are personalized to individual goals, whether performance, lean muscle development, or long-term health.

Pilates

  • As a Peak Pilates-certified instructor on all apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Chair, Spine Corrector, and Mat), Lee integrates stability, mobility, and alignment training into his programs. 
  • Pilates improves posture, enhances efficiency of movement, and is a proven method for injury prevention and recovery. It benefits fighters, athletes, and general clients by combining strength with control.
