KRU LEE
Lee is a lifelong martial artist and fitness professional specializing in fighter development, technical MuayThai/Boran, boxing, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and performance focused nutrition. With more than 37 years in martial arts and fitness, and more than 17 years of coaching, Lee focuses on helping people move better, get stronger, and build real confidence. His training blends MuayBoran and MuayThai, boxing, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, and mobility and stability work for clients of all levels.
Lee’s competitive background includes Sanshou and kickboxing across Europe and the Middle East in his teens and early twenties. Although injuries ended his time as a competitor, they sparked a lifelong passion for coaching. He has since coached and cornered high level, semi professional, and amateur fighters at Rajadamnern Stadium in Thailand, as well as stadiums across Canada and Mexico.
Having personally worked through and recovered from multiple injuries, Lee brings not only technical skill but a real sense of empathy and lived experience. His approach blends martial arts tradition with evidence-based fitness and nutrition, giving clients the structure, support, and practical guidance they need to build strong foundations, develop new skills, and achieve sustainable results at any level.
